|Recommended: YesNice place to live — The staff is friendly. I love 💕 my place Only problem I have is no one answer the phone or return my calls. I've been here 4 months only called a few times. Maintenance is very good, thing get fixed right away. You must put a order in and they will come out and take care of it.

|Recommended: NoAfter living here for 3 1 2 years, I can honestly say I'm very disappointed with how things have gotten since Dec 2020. Rent has increased 41 since I moved. Car break ins have occurred here in the past. Packages get stolen very frequently here packages are not always left at parcel locker like they should be. Management would not replace sink food dispenser to cut costs.
Management voided a renewal signed lease between us before it started because they wanted to raise the rent again. Too many cars parked here that don't belong to residents and nobody does anything about it. Some not all dog owners don't clean up after their dog in the grass area and near the entrance and just makes the community very messy. Geese poop everywhere.
Fire alarm went off more frequently than other apartments l've lived in. Honestly for the high rates they are asking, it's not worth the stress, lack of security, and lack of cleanliness. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, as I have just left this place and
|Recommended: NoWouldn't recommend. Just pay a little more somewhere else. — How in the world does your online portal only take payments from the 1st through the 5th of each month. What the actual F. I can not believe how ridiculous that it is. If you have to deal with ANYTHING that is not auto payment or the 1st - 5th, do not friggin expect to pay with the online portal or expect to wait a whole damn month to be able to pay again. This the best thing to learn when you are paying an early termination fee and have already moved out of the area. Time to risk 2500 check over mail because that wasn't clearly made aware to me when telling them to add the charge on the portal. Soooooo thankful for clear communication and convenience, not.
The apartment will also order a wrong size microwave that you can barely open. Will maintenance replace it No because the apartment gods deem it not broken. But hey At least maintenance will work with you and dig a slit in your dry wall so the microwave door can.
The apartment also has handles for the lower cabinetry in the kitchen that extend just a little too far out so that the dishwasher will crash into it. Will maintenance fix it No because the apartment heads deem it not broken. But hey At least maintenance will actually seem apologetic about not being able to do anything about it.
The apartment goes through ton of water issues for some reason I think in the last year I dealt with 3 water issues. One time, the closet got flooded by the apartment above us. Then the kitchen was slowly leaking water underneath the floor boards. I had then left for a week so that construction can checkout the major plumbing issue in the walls behind then kitchen. I came from that one week of quick kitchen construction to one of my room's closet being absolutely drenched from a boiler issue above us.
I am thankful that my unit had a washer and dryer in the kitchen. Although, a new washer was installed into our unit but we couldn't use any hot warm water settings on it. Why There is no hot water hook up that the washing machine can use.
If you are in the first floor of a pet friendly apartment, expect people from different buildings who AREN'T EVEN YOUR NEIGHBORS to let the dogs pee as close as they can to your patio and leave a bunch of dog poop all around your lawn since no one seems to pick up after themselves. This especially applies to owner's of big dogs for some reason. Maintenance does try to pick it up but all the apartment will do is send on a blanket email and hope for the best. RIP lawn. Have fun enjoying your patio with the gentle wafts of dog pee and poop tickling your nose.
I'm sure this applies to most apartments, but damn the monthly rates just keep going up 100-300 every time you re-sign a contract. Don't do 6 month contracts cz you are better off locking a low rate for longer. My neighbor only had to go through one rate increase instead of 2 increases like mine.
They also do this weird as heck dynamic pricing model for choosing how long you want to extend your lease. You might have a 5 month extension be cheaper than a 7 month extension, but 6 month is like 300 above the 7 month extension.
Side note one of our neighbors mentioned they left the apartment because they weren't addressing the fact that one of their heaters was stuck on full blast amongst other things .
I am happy to leave the apartment and I feel like anyone will be happier not choosing the Views.

|Recommended: NoVery poor responses from staff this last year, problems with maintenance, and very hostile reactions when asking for reasonable work, like a construction schedule. Used to be better, very hostile and unhelpful now
Months of construction while paying higher rent, service requests closed without even coming to fix it, and the staff seem very hostile by default. Good parking, nice location, fine amenities, but poorly run and very hostile.

So why we have the key tag if main door lock broken I complained 3-4 times about it and still it’s broken staff and management here don’t care hallway always dirty I’m moving out soon is my contract finish
|Recommended: YesBest place to live in Naperville — I’ve been living at the view since February. It’s been more than nicest places I’ve ever lived. People are very nice and it’s quiet.
Keep up the place very clean and beautiful. I love having the lake and the ducks.

|Recommended: NoBLDG 799 — The noise level is terrible. We have kids running and playing in the hallways. The walls and carpet in the 3rd floor hallways are filthy. The garbage cans by the elevator are often overflowing.
