Do you have flexible lease terms?

Yes! We offer lease terms from 6-24 months. We have individual pricing for each apartment and lease term. This pricing varies depending on the apartment home and lease length you choose. Please contact us for specific pricing information.

Can I come and tour?

Yes, we love to show you our amazing community. Please contact us to schedule a tour or schedule one on our website!

What is an individual lease? Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

What is the application process like?

We work to provide a smooth application process. We review applications in accordance with all applicable Fair Housing Laws. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and provide proof of income (three times the monthly market rent). We do have a verification process for previous residency, criminal background check, and a credit check. For your convenience, we offer online applications.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, the current application fee is $75 per applicant. (Amount subject to change.)

Is there a deposit and how much is it?

There is a $100 holding deposit to begin an application. The amount of the deposit can vary from $400 to the amount of 1 full month of rent. (Amount subject to change.)

When is rent due, are there late fees, and is there a grace period?

Rent is due on the first day of the month. There are late fees that are determined based on the total balance owed. There is a grace period until the fifth day of the month. 

Does the Views of Naperville Apartments allow pets?

Yes, The Views of Naperville Apartments is pleased to welcome pets to our community, including large dogs, with no weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply.

Does the Views of Naperville Apartments require rental insurance?

Yes, all residents of The Views of Naperville Apartments are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at The Views of Naperville Apartments. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each

Are utilities inlcuded? (Which ones specifically.)

Our residents do pay for their own utilities. This includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Our on-site team is always happy to provide average costs based on the size of apartment home you are looking for.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

Only open during office hours. Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm

Yes, they are available during pool hours (9am-9pm)

What is the parking situation? Is parking assigned? Is there a fee or permit required for parking?

We have several parking options. Garage parking is available for an additional fee, and we have outdoor open parking (no fee) available for residents.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

Luxury Vinyl Floooring and Carpet

When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?

These apartments were built in 1981 and we have done renovations a few times we are renovating units currently.

Are the apartments furnished?


What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment? Are stoves gas or electric?

Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?

Yes, kitchens have garbage disposals.

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?

Washer/Dryer are only in select units. We have a laundry room on the lower level

Is there a bathtub or just a shower? Are they together or separate? Is there a separate shower? Is there a garden tub?
